마가복음 1:21-34

매일성경 책에 묵상 노트를 기록하다 보니 남는 게 없어서 (나는 regularly 물건을 버린다. 쌓아두는 것이 나그네 인생에 도움이 안 되기 때문) 이 공간에 간단히나마 기록을 남겨 보려고 한다. 매번 가능할지는 모르겠지만. 

Mark 1:21–34 (ESV & 새번역)

21 And they went into Capernaum, and immediately on the Sabbath he entered the synagogue and was teaching. 22 And they were astonished at his teaching, for he taught them as one who had authority, and not as the scribes. 23 And immediately there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit. And he cried out, 24 “What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are—the Holy One of God.” 25 But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be silent, and come out of him!” 26 And the unclean spirit, convulsing him and crying out with a loud voice, came out of him. 27 And they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, “What is this? A new teaching with authority! He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him.” 28 And at once his fame spread everywhere throughout all the surrounding region of Galilee. 29 And immediately he left the synagogue and entered the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John. 30 Now Simon’s mother-in-law lay ill with a fever, and immediately they told him about her. 31 And he came and took her by the hand and lifted her up, and the fever left her, and she began to serve them. 32 That evening at sundown they brought to him all who were sick or oppressed by demons. 33 And the whole city was gathered together at the door. 34 And he healed many who were sick with various diseases, and cast out many demons. And he would not permit the demons to speak, because they knew him.

21 그들은 가버나움으로 들어갔다. 예수께서 안식일에 곧바로 회당에 들어가서 가르치셨는데, 22 사람들은 그의 가르침에 놀랐다. 예수께서 율법학자들과는 달리 권위 있게 가르치셨기 때문이다. 23 그 때에 회당에 악한 귀신 들린 사람이 하나 있었는데, 그가 큰소리로 이렇게 말하였다. 24 “나사렛 사람 예수님, 왜 우리를 간섭하려 하십니까? 우리를 없애려고 오셨습니까? 나는 당신이 누구인지 압니다. 하나님께서 보내신 거룩한 분입니다.” 25 예수께서 그를 꾸짖어 말씀하셨다. “입을 다물고 이 사람에게서 나가라.” 26 그러자 악한 귀신(영어는 unclean spirit으로 번역)은 그에게 경련을 일으켜 놓고서 큰 소리를 지르며 떠나갔다. 27 사람들이 모두 놀라서 “이게 어찌 된 일이냐? 권위 있는 새로운 가르침이다! 그가 악한 귀신들에게 명하시니, 그들도 복종하는구나!” 하면서 서로 물었다. 28 그리하여 예수의 소문이 곧 갈릴리 주위의 온 지역에 두루 퍼졌다. 29 그들은 회당에서 나와서, 곧바로 야고보와 요한과 함께 시몬과 안드레의 집으로 갔다. 30 마침 시몬의 장모가 열병으로 누워 있었는데, 사람들은 그 사정을 예수께 말씀드렸다. 31 예수께서 그 여자에게 다가가셔서 그 손을 잡아 일으키시니, 열병이 떠나고, 그 여자는 그들의 시중을 들었다. 32 해가 져서 날이 저물 때에, 사람들이 모든 병자와 귀신 들린 사람을 예수께로 데리고 왔다. 33 그리고 온 동네 사람이 문 앞에 모여들었다. 34 그는 온갖 병에 걸린 사람들을 고쳐 주시고, 많은 귀신을 내쫓으셨다. 예수께서는 귀신들이 말하는 것을 허락하지 않으셨다. 그들이 예수가 누구인지를 알았기 때문이다.

• new teaching & authority: 여기서 "authority"는 무엇을 뜻하는 것일까? credential? persuasiveness? power?
• new teaching with authority는 unclean spirit들이 복종(submission)하는 것과 관계가 있는 것일까?
• 자신의 identity를 demon들의 입을 통해 알리는 것을 원치 않으심.
• 예전에도 생각했던 것이지만 she began to serve"는 베드로의 엄마가 그 때로부터 예수의 사역(팀)을 돕기 시작했다는 의미로 해석해도 될까? 단순히 일어나 손대접을 했다는 것 이상의 의미가 담겨 있는 것 같은데.
